Shipping policy

1. Scope of Application

This policy governs the shipping conditions for orders placed through the DELACABRA online store (www.delacabra.com).

Shipments are made to the destinations detailed below and under the specific conditions indicated for each zone.

2. Shipments to Spain (Peninsula)

Orders are shipped via the transport company Correos.

  • Shipping Cost: €4.95

  • Free Shipping: For orders equal to or greater than €50.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Between 3 and 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

We do ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

In the event of a return, the shipping costs paid (€7.00) will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

The option of in-store pickup (Madrid) is also offered, with no additional cost and an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

3. Shipments to Spain (Islas Canarias)

Orders are shipped via the transport company Correos.

  • Shipping Cost: €10.00

  • Free Shipping: For orders equal to or greater than €70.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Between 5 and 8 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

In the event of a return, the shipping costs paid (€10.00) will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

4. Shipments to Europe

Shipments to European Union countries are made via Correos Internacional or an equivalent transport company, with a tracking number.

  • Shipping Cost: €12.00

  • Free Shipping: For orders equal to or greater than €90.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Between 5 and 10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, local holidays, or possible customs delays.

In the event of a return, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

5. International Shipments (Outside the European Union)

Shipments to the rest of the world are managed through certified international postal services.

  • Shipping Cost: €18.00

  • Free Shipping: For orders equal to or greater than €120.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Between 10 and 20 working days, depending on the destination country and customs controls.

The customer will be responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes, fees, or customs duties in the destination country.

Shipping and return costs will not be refundable in case of product return.

6. Returns and Exchanges

The customer has a period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a product return or exchange.

Shipping and return costs will be assumed by the customer.

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us at contacto@delacabrashop.com, indicating:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return or exchange

Once the request is validated, instructions will be provided to proceed.

It is also possible to make exchanges directly at our physical stores, presenting the order (printed or digital).

7. Cancellations

Once the order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations are not accepted.

If the order has not yet been processed, the customer may contact contacto@delacabrashop.com to evaluate the possibility of cancellation.

8. General Observations

The indicated delivery times are estimates. DELACABRA will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (weather conditions, transport incidents, customs, etc.).

The customer will always receive an email with the order confirmation and, once shipped, with the corresponding tracking number.
