We do exchange products. If the product arrives defective, we will be responsible for shipping the jewelry. If it's a return due to personal preference, the shipping costs are your responsibility. <3
What material are the jewels made of?
We guarantee high quality. We work with surgical steel, and what does that mean? Waterproof, hypoallergenic, colorfast, and fade-resistant... trust us.
Can I get the jewelry wet, or will it turn black over time?
Zero drama. Our jewelry is built to keep up with your daily hustle. You can shower, hit the pool, or sweat through a heavy workout with your pieces on. They won't turn black, lose their shine, or leave your skin looking green.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic / Will it cause any allergies?
Not at all. We know how annoying it is when a chain irritates your neck. That’s why our stainless steel is 100% skin-friendly and nickel-free. It’s the ultimate pick if you have sensitive skin or react to other metals.
How do I find my ring size?
Most of our rings are adjustable. For the ones that aren't, we’ve put together a super easy guide so you can measure a ring you already have at home or check your finger’s circumference in less than a minute.
How can I stack and style my pieces for a unique street style look?
The golden rule of street style? There are no rules. Play around with layering: pair one of our chunkier chains with a thinner, minimalist pendant at different lengths. Stack rings of different thicknesses on the same hand to level up your look.
Are the chains and necklaces adjustable?
Most of our chains come with an adjustable clasp or extension chain so you can vibe with whatever length fits your outfit best—whether you're going for a choker look or something longer. You'll find the exact measurements on each product page.
How should I clean and care for my jewelry so it lasts forever?
Steel is tough as concrete, but a little TLC never hurts. To keep your pieces looking fresh, just give them a gentle wipe with a microfiber cloth, warm water, and mild soap. Dry them off well and they’ll look good as new. Avoid direct contact with heavy perfumes or harsh chemicals if you want that shine to last a lifetime.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipments usually take between 3 and 5 business days.

100%! You can choose store pickup when you place your order. Plus, if you have any questions about a piece, we can show it to you in person while you're here.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We hand-check every single order before it leaves the store. But if something goes wrong during shipping or packing and arrives less than perfect, hit us up right away. We'll swap it out for you at zero extra cost.
