We do exchange products. If the product arrives defective, we will be responsible for shipping the jewelry. If it's a return due to personal preference, the shipping costs are your responsibility. <3
What material are the jewels made of?
We guarantee high quality. We work with surgical steel, and what does that mean? Waterproof, hypoallergenic, colorfast, and fade-resistant... trust us.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipments usually take between 3 and 5 business days.
